Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Virinchi Software Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer customized software, mobile application development, and digital solutions tailored to specific business needs. Due to the nature of our services, we follow a strict cancellation and refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness.

Cancellation Policy

1. Project-Based Services:

• All software, mobile app, website development, digital marketing, and cloud services begin after thorough project analysis and scope documentation.
• Once the project is confirmed, cancellation is not permitted, as significant resources are allocated immediately after approval.

2. Domain Name Registration & Hosting Services:

• Domain registrations cannot be canceled once purchased, as they are governed by ICANN regulations.
• Hosting and service renewals must be canceled at least 7 business days before the renewal date.

3. Ongoing Services (Maintenance, SEO, Marketing, Cloud, etc.):

• Cancellation requests for monthly/yearly services must be made at least 30 days in advance before the next billing cycle.

4. Non-Refundable Charges:

• Payments made for custom development, consultation, or technical services are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
• Any work completed beyond the initial payment amount shall be charged accordingly.

5. Company Discretion:

Virinchi Software Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel accounts or services at any time, without prior notice, in case of non-compliance with our terms.

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund:

• Full refunds will be processed only if the project has not started within 30 days of payment.
• If you wish to cancel a project before it starts, you must request a full refund within 24 hours of payment. However, processing/admin fees will be deducted.

2. No Refunds for Completed Work:

• Once a project is initiated, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
• If incorrect information is provided by the client, Virinchi Software Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any refund due to miscommunication.

3. Third-Party Services & Expenses:

• Payments made to search engines, hosting providers, third-party integrations, or APIs are non-refundable.
• Dedicated servers, admin fees, software installation costs, and domain purchases are not eligible for a refund.

4. Taxes & Regulatory Charges:

Taxes paid cannot be refunded as they are deposited directly with the government. Clients may apply for tax refunds with the respective authorities.

All refund or cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to [email protected].

Requests will be considered valid only when acknowledged in writing by our accounts department.
